EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION & SPONSORSHIP OPPORTUNITIES

The first PIEC session convened 54 (1961) years ago, to assess how to better preserve and protect the natural resources of Oceania that were being threatened by rapid economic, social and environmental changes. As a result of PIEC meetings, our leaders made sustainable decisions that aimed to conserve and restore natural resources of our island homes. Today, we meet bi-annually for the same purpose with the goal of sharing our successes, challenges and tools in order to continue to balance economic development and environmental preservation.

We are expecting more than 300 delegates from the environmental protection profession including managers, field representatives, government officials, private companies and non-profit groups. Attendees will come from across the Pacific, American Samoa, Guam, the Republic of Palau and the Federated States of Micronesia and the Republic of the Marshall Islands. There will also be representatives from the U.S. mainland and international locations.

APPLICATION DEADLINE. In order to be considered for first assignment of space – for exhibitors, applications must be returned by May 1, 2017. Notification of acceptance and space assignment will be emailed. No requests for exhibit space will be accepted or confirmed by telephone.

PAYMENT/ DEPOSIT / REFUND. Payment must be submitted with the application for exhibit space. No application will be processed or space assigned until payment is received. Notification of an exhibitor's decision to cancel must be emailed, mailed or faxed in writing on company letterhead. No refund will be granted for cancellations received on or after May 26, 2017, nor after the conference for no-shows.

STAFF AT EXHIBIT BOOTH. Each exhibiting company is entitled to two (2) representatives to staff the exhibit booth. Additional staff beyond two (2) is required to pay a registration fee of $50 for each additional person.

ASSIGNMENT OF SPACE. The first assignments of space will be made by a first-come, first-served basis and only as long as space remains available.

Exhibit tables consist of one 6’ table and 2 chairs. Electricity is limited, please advise if required. Please provide your own table covering. All items must be self-supporting or free standing, no hanging or back walls available.
